How it works
- Each part of the USA is divided into the
following regions:
Region 1 - Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana,
Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas
Region 2 - Arizona, California, Colorado,
Nevada, New Mexico, Utah
Region 3 - Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington,
Wyoming
Region 4 - Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota,
Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin
Region 5 - Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky,
Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania,
Virginia, West Virginia
Region 6 - Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts,
New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont
Region 7 - Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi,
North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee
As you can see, each region is then divided
into states, and then divided again into
city areas or territories. For example,
Arkansas is divided into North West, North
East, Central, South West and South East.
These areas are then split into city territories.
Central Arkansas, for example is currently
split between Little Rock, North Little
Rock, Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village.
Each of these divisions is controlled by
a regional manager, territory manager and
a city manager who is responsible for the
sales team in his city. |
 |
| Revenue is generated by
each city sales team who receive a percentage
commission of all the sales in their city.
The city, territory and regional managers
also receive a percentage of any sales within
their respective area. I.E. The city manager
receives a percentage of all sales in his
city. The regional manager receives a percentage
of all sales in his state. The territory
manager receives a percentage of all sales
from each city in his division. Each manager
is responsible for creating a team within
his or her respective division. Team size
will depend on the manager’s requirements.
Obviously, the more individuals you have
working for you, the higher your income.
Team members can also receive “residual
income” from referrals, i.e. the salesperson
refers another individual and receives a
percentage of that individual’s sales.
